"Tuaian memang banyak, tetapi pekerja sedikit. Karena itu mintalah kepada Tuan yang empunya Tuaian, supaya Ia mengirimkan pekerja-pekerja untuk tuaian itu. "
Alkisah,
Seorang pencari emas menemukan sebidang tanah yang banyak mengandung emas, segera dia mencari uang untuk membeli tanah tersebut dan kemudian mengolahnya.
Karena begitu banyaknya maka ia mencari saudara, teman dan pekerja untuk membantunya.
Segera saja Sang pencari emas itu menjadi kaya raya. Tapi bagaimana dengan saudara, teman dan pekerjanya ? Biasanya mereka tetap saja menjadi pekerja.
Mungkinkah Kekayaan itu dapat dinikmati bersama ?
Karena pada saatnya tiba, Sang pencari (pemilik) lahan emas itupun pergi tanpa membawa hartanya.
Bagaimana dengan mereka yang membutuhkan pertolongan dan belas kasihan karena mungkin mereka belum menemukan ladang emas mereka ?
Mungkinkah ada pekerja yang mau membantu mereka ?

"The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Therefore ask the Lord of the harvest, to send out workers into his harvest."
Once,
A gold seekers to find a plot of land which contains gold, he immediately find money to buy land and then process them.
Because so much is he looking for relatives, friends and workers to help.
Soon the gold seekers became rich. But what about the relatives, friends and employees? Usually they are still a worker.
Is it possible that wealth can be enjoyed together?
Since the time comes, the seeker (the owner) the land of gold will go without a fortune (the gold).
What about those who need help and compassion because they probably have not found their gold fields?
Could there be workers who want to help them?
