A mother tells her story behind her success as a marketing manager of a famous company, she has children who are naughty. In two years, she has to move both boys school disorder, due to fighting and delinquency problems of children. The mother believed that God would open the way for her, two sons delinquency definitely a challenge for her to share the love and attention to their children.

The mother began to actively take her children to the Community of Faith to learn to know God better. While the mother and her husband became active in church activities. The Mother and her husband believe all this is a way to go by their families to become better families. They believe that life needs to balance between working in the world and in the fields of God.

Seorang ibu bercerita bagaimana di balik kesuksesannya sebagai seorang manajer pemasaran sebuah perusahaan terkenal, dia mempunyai anak-anak yang nakal. Dalam dua tahun, dia harus memindahkan kedua anak lelakinya kelain sekolah, karena masalah perkelahian dan kenakalan anak-anak yang tidak dapat diterima oleh orang tua murid yang lain. Sang Ibu percaya, bahwa Tuhan akan membuka jalan baginya, kenakalan kedua anaknya pasti merupakan tantangan baginya untuk membagi kasih dan perhatian kepada anaknya.

Sang Ibu mulai aktif mengantar anak-anaknya ke Bina Iman (Sekolah Minggu) untuk belajar mengenal Tuhan dengan lebih baik. Sementara Sang Ibu dan suaminya mulai aktif dalam kegiatan gereja. Sang Ibu dan suaminya percaya semua ini merupakan jalan yang harus dilalui oleh keluarga mereka untuk menjadi keluarga yang lebih baik, lebih shakinah. Mereka percaya, bahwa hidup ini perlu keseimbangan antara bekerja di dunia dan di ladang Tuhan.
