"Only God's Spirit gives new life. The Spirit is like the wind that blows wherever it wants to."

Nicodemus, a Pharisee, an expert in the scriptures, to come and talk with Jesus, in order to better understand the Kingdom of God. Nicodemus know where 'The wind blows'. If Nicodemus, a man of 'experts' are still willing to learn, is inappropriate for us to continue to learn to Jesus with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Hans was approached by two men claiming to be from a certain sect, which they said they wanted to spread the good news of Jehovah to anyone who wants to live better and get to know Jehovah well. They come in peace, telling many interesting things, reciting verses from the biblical book of those who 'has been updated'. They came to the house of Hans, because one of her friend move from her religion and get into this group.

After a leisurely two-hour discussion, Hans said that he respected the trust of this new friends, but in some cases there are differences of principles and beliefs among them. Let us pray that the power of Jesus and the Holy Spirit helps us all, so that we can remain united and seek unity. Since Jesus came to bring good news to save all who will believe in Him and the Holy Spirit to lead each believer to follow Jesus and unites all believers.

If every person who 'expert' believes themselves 'true and guided the Holy Spirit' and find their own way. It will make more sect of believers, which would create divisions within the body of Christ. Let us learn from Nicodemus who want to come to Jesus.

"Angin bertiup ke mana ia mau, dan engkau akan mendengar bunyinya, ... Demikianlah halnya dengan tiap-tiap orang yang lahir dari Roh."

Nikodemus, seorang farisi, orang yang ahli dalam kitab suci, mau datang dan berdiskusi dengan Yesus, agar dapat memahami lebih baik Kerajaan Allah. Nikodemus tahu kemana 'Angin bertiup'. Jika Nikodemus, seorang yang 'ahli' masih mau belajar, adalah pantas bagi kita untuk terus belajar kepada Yesus dengan mohon selalu bimbingan Roh Kudus.

Hans, didatangi oleh dua orang yang mengaku dari sebuah sekte tertentu, dimana mereka mengatakan bahwa mereka ingin menyebarkan kabar baik Jehovah kepada setiap orang yang ingin hidup lebih baik dan mengenal Jehovah dengan baik. Mereka datang dengan damai, menceritakan berbagai hal yang menarik, membaca ayat-ayat alkitab dari kitab mereka yang 'sudah diperbaharui'. Mereka datang ke rumah Hans, karena salah seorang teman Hans berpindah dari agamanya dan masuk ke dalam kelompok ini.

Setelah diskusi santai selama dua jam, Hans mengatakan bahwa dia menghormati kepercayaan kedua orang teman baru ini, namun dalam beberapa hal terdapat perbedaan prinsip dan keyakinan di antara mereka. Marilah kita berdoa agar kuasa Yesus dan Roh Kudus membantu kita semua, agar kita tetap dapat bersatu dan mencari persatuan. Karena Yesus datang membawa kabar baik untuk menyelamatkan semua orang yang mau percaya kepada-Nya dan Roh Kudus memimpin setiap orang beriman untuk mengikuti Yesus dan mempersatukan semua orang beriman.

Jika setiap orang yang 'ahli' berpendapat dirinya 'benar dan dibimbing Roh Kudus' dan mencari jalan sendiri, bukankah semakin lama terdapat semakin banyak aliran kepercayaan, yang akan membuat perpecahan dalam tubuh Kristus. Marilah kita belajar dari Nikodemus yang mau datang ke Yesus.
